Let the busywork run itself.

SignalOne connects the systems your business runs on and automates the work that moves between them. Every manual handoff is time, errors, and payroll. We make the data move itself, so your best people stop doing copy-paste. Most of it starts with a 30-minute conversation.

Work that moves itself
0101

The cost

Every manual handoff between two systems is time, errors, and your best people doing robot work.

The same order gets typed into three systems. Month-end is a week of nights spent copying numbers between spreadsheets. A report exists only because someone re-keys it every Friday.

The reason is rarely one bad tool. It is that your systems never learned to talk, so a person becomes the integration, carrying data across by hand.

We connect the applications so data moves itself and repeatable work runs without a person pushing it. The hours come back, and they come back to the people you most want doing something harder.

What we build

Integration first, then automation on top of data you can trust.

Integration

Systems connected

Your ERP, CRM, and the tools each department lives in, wired together so a change in one shows up in the rest. One source of truth instead of five copies.

Workflow

Routines automated

Onboarding, invoicing, approvals, reporting: the repeatable routines run on rules instead of reminders. People handle exceptions, not the assembly line.

Data

Cleaned & reconciled

Before automation helps, the data has to be trustworthy. We de-duplicate, reconcile, and standardize, so what moves is actually worth moving.

Judgment

Build vs buy, sequenced

Not everything should be automated, and not everything should be custom. We rank by ROI and effort, and tell you what to skip as plainly as what to build.

Reporting

Reports that build themselves

The Friday report assembles itself from live data. Numbers match across systems because they come from one place, and nobody re-keys a thing.

Trust

Adoption & documentation

An automation nobody trusts gets worked around. We train the team, document what runs, and stay on it, so it survives the person who set it up.

How it starts

We follow the work before we touch it. The highest-return fixes go first.

1

A 30-minute conversation

Owner or operations lead, a senior person from our side, no deck. You leave with a straight read on where the hours are going either way.

2

A process map

We follow a handful of your workflows end to end, mark every manual handoff, and put the highest-ROI fixes in writing before anyone builds a thing.

3

The first build, live

We ship the top fix, prove the hours it returns, then move down the list. How We Work walks the cadence in detail.

Fair questions

The ones operators ask first. The rest live on the FAQ.

Will you make our software actually talk to each other? +

Usually, yes. Most business applications have an API or a supported connector, and where one is missing there is almost always a reliable bridge. In the first look we tell you plainly what integrates cleanly, what needs a workaround, and what is not worth the trouble.

Is this going to replace people's jobs? +

It replaces the parts of jobs nobody was hired to do. The point is to hand back the copy-paste hours so your team spends them on judgment, customers, and work that actually needs a person. In practice, roles get better, not fewer.

We tried automation before and it broke. +

Usually because it was built on messy data, or built by someone who left. We start by cleaning the data, document everything we build, and stay responsible for it. An automation you cannot trust is worse than none, so we earn the trust first.

How do you decide what to automate first? +

By return, not by novelty. We map the work, estimate the hours each fix gives back against the effort to build it, and start where the payback is fastest. You see the ranking and make the call.
