Privacy Policy

What we collect. The information you send us — your name, company, email, and whatever you write in a message or say in a conversation. Basic, aggregate site analytics (pages visited, rough geography), plus the standard advertising cookies described in the Cookie Policy below.

What we do with it. Reply to you, prepare for conversations you've asked for, and improve this site. If you become a client, engagement information is governed by your engagement letter and its confidentiality terms — which are stricter than this page.

What we don't do. Sell your data. Ever.

Marketing, honestly. We may email you now and then about things worth knowing; every message has a working unsubscribe. Like most businesses, we also use advertising pixels, including retargeting, to reach people who've visited this site.

Forms & scheduling. Contact forms and scheduling on this site are processed by third-party systems, like our CRM, under their own privacy policies, strictly to deliver those functions.

Terms of Use

This site is information, not advice. Nothing here creates a client relationship or constitutes professional advice for your specific situation. That begins with a signed engagement letter — on purpose, for your protection and ours.

Content. The writing, design, and materials on this site belong to SignalOne. Quote us with attribution; don't republish wholesale.

No warranties. The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate and current, but we make no guarantees about completeness, and we're not liable for decisions made on the basis of general information.

Cookie Policy

What this site sets. The essentials that make the site work, and basic, aggregate analytics that tell us which pages get read. That's the list.

What else we set. Advertising and retargeting pixels, so we can reach people who've already shown interest in this work. If you'd rather sit that out, block third-party cookies in your browser; the site works fine without them.

Forms & scheduling. If you use the contact form or booking calendar, the third-party systems that run them, like our CRM, set cookies to make those features work under their own privacy policies. They load when you use the feature, not before.

Your controls. Block or clear cookies in your browser anytime; the site keeps working. Anything that genuinely needs one will say so.
